What is Rewards?

Rewards is our loyalty program, designed to show our appreciation to customers who place orders with us frequently. It allows you to earn and benefit from various advantages and rewards. You can access the Rewards menu via the widget in the bottom left corner of the page and via your customer profile page.

How does the points system work?

You earn points with orders that have been fully processed and when you perform actions listed in the Rewards menu.

You can spend these points on rewards in the form of discount codes that you can redeem on your next order.

How do referrals work?

You can find your personal referral URL in the Rewards menu. When someone who doesn't yet have an account places an order via this link, both you and the referral will receive a reward.

How does the VIP system work?

This calculates how much you have ordered from us and determines your progress towards the different VIP levels. This is separate from the points system.

Progress towards VIP levels is retroactive to orders placed since the launch of our webshop. However, your VIP level is valid for 12 months. After awarding, your orders will be recalculated, and the correct VIP level will be applied again after 12 months.

With the VIP system, you benefit from regular extras. For the Silver and Gold extras, you must use the discount code with every order. This does not happen automatically.

Do you sell original products?

All products we sell are authentic and purchased from reliable suppliers.

Can I also pre-order products?

When can I expect my order?

We try to process your order as soon as possible after receiving it. Once your order has been processed, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by email to track your order. More detailed information can be found in our shipping policy .

What are the shipping costs?

For shipping within the Netherlands we charge €6.95 and to Belgium this is €9.95. For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, free shipping applies for orders over €250.

How can I return my order?

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is approved, you will receive a notification and the refund will be processed within 14 business days. For more information, please read the Returns Policy .
