Wat is Rewards?

Rewards is ons loyaliteitsprogramma waarmee wij onze waardering willen uiten naar klanten die vaker bij ons een bestelling plaatsen. Hiermee kun je sparen voor en profiteren van allerlei voordelen en beloningen. Je vindt het menu voor Rewards via de widget linksonderin de pagina en via de pagina met jouw klantprofiel.

Hoe werkt het puntensysteem?

Je verdient punten met bestellingen die volledig zijn afgehandeld en wanneer je acties uitvoert die vermeld zijn in het Rewards menu.

Je kunt deze punten uitgeven aan beloningen in de vorm van kortingscodes die je weer bij een volgende bestelling kunt inwisselen.

Hoe werken referrals?

Via het Rewards menu vind jij jouw persoonlijke referral URL. Wanneer iemand anders die nog geen account heeft via deze link een bestelling plaatst, profiteren zowel jij als de referral van een beloning.

Hoe werkt het VIP-systeem?

Hiermee wordt berekend hoeveel je bij ons hebt besteld en hiermee wordt jouw voortgang voor de verschillende VIP-niveaus bepaald. Dit staat dus los van het puntensysteem.

Voortgang voor de VIP-niveaus werkt met terugwerkende kracht op bestellingen die zijn geplaatst sinds de start van onze webshop. Wel heeft jouw VIP-niveau een geldigheid van 12 maanden. Na toekenning worden jouw bestellingen opnieuw berekend en wordt aan de hand daarvan na 12 maanden opnieuw het juiste VIP-niveau toegepast.

Met het VIP-systeem profiteer je van vaste extra's. Voor de extra's van Zilver en Goud dien je wel telkens de kortingscode te gebruiken bij iedere bestelling. Dit gebeurt niet automatisch.

When can I expect my order?

We try to process your order as soon as possible after receiving it. Once your order has been processed, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by email to track your order. More detailed information can be found in our shipping policy .

What are the shipping costs?

For shipping within the Netherlands we charge €6.50 and to Belgium this is €9.50. For deliveries within the Netherlands, free shipping applies for orders over €150. For deliveries in Belgium, free shipping applies for orders over €250.

How can I return my order?

When can I expect my refund?
