Shipping policy

We make every effort to deliver all orders in a timely and careful manner. In case of deviations from the indications below due to unexpected circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery time:

• You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail once your order has been successfully placed.
• Orders are usually processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with track & trace of the shipment.
• Shipping usually takes place on the next delivery day after shipment, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

Shipping costs:

• Shipping costs are €6.95 for shipments within the Netherlands and €9.95 for shipments to Belgium.
• Free shipping applies to shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €250.

Pre-orders:

• If part of your order is a pre-order, the entire order will not ship until after release and once all products are in stock.
• Do you want in-stock products to be shipped earlier? Please place a separate order for this purpose.
• Release dates of pre-order products listed on our website are subject to change. We do our best to keep information on product pages current.
• We rarely receive products before or on their actual release date. Normally, we will ship all pre-orders within 2 weeks of release. If it seems likely that we cannot maintain this timefrime, you will notified as soon as possible.
