Request a return
Through the contact form you can easily request a return. This speeds up the handling of your return. We will contact you as soon as possible for further instructions regarding the handling of your return.
Items on sale can unfortunately not be returned.
Pre-orders
Payments for pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve the products. This ensures that we can assign these products to you at the time of release. All pre-orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a stock shortage, a refund will be issued for undelivered products.
Revocation
We operate a 14-day withdrawal period for consumers. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: in unopened packaging (sealed) with the unused and undamaged product and all delivered accessories. This is done - if reasonably possible - in the original shipping package.

The shipping costs and the risk of damage or loss of the return are for your own account.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and solve it for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to your product(s) is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
